I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a factory

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a factory recall. After returning home, another issue arose, but this dealership truly earned 5 stars with their outstanding service. By the next morning, they had my truck towed back, quickly identified and fixed the problem, and even delivered it back to my home. Adam, Josiah, and the team were efficient, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. Their professionalism and commitment to making things right were beyond impressive. I appreciate their dedication to top-notch service and highly recommend them!

Ben Katzenmeyer did a great job with helping us get into

Ben Katzenmeyer did a great job with helping us get into our new RAM. Ben & the staff at Nyle Maxwell Taylor went above & beyond the processes from choice of vehicle to finance. The truck for us was not in stock at the dealership, so Ben hunted one down & had it deliverable the same day. Ben is knowledgeable & explained & answered every questions we had. We highly recommend Nyle Maxwell Taylor for anyone who is looking for a seamless purchase.

It hard to say this but it’s time to look for a new dealership. I feel the experience could have been better. I explained what my lines were and finance and sales didn’t seem to communicate well. Then not even having the my jeep 24 hours I had to get with support and it went horribly wrong. I see this as a team effort and it was not a great experience so I have to give the stars ..

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I looked for a hail-damaged ram for sale, and I had a trade-in. I gave the salesman the correct payoff amount on the trade-in, and he factored it into the deal, and we agreed on the price. After the deal closed, they informed me that their system was down and they could not do financing. Okay, no big deal. I'll explore my options and come back the next day. So I leave a down payment and take the truck. I hop in the truck to find there's no gas in it. The gas light was on. The next day I go into the office with a check in hand for the amount agreed upon. They can't beat the rate given to me by my bank, but I tell them I don't mind paying the extra percent and financing through them. As the finance manager was breaking the numbers down and the monthly payment, I noticed the numbers didn't add up to what was on the paper that they showed me. It's almost 2,000 more. I ask where he is getting the numbers from, and he says that when the original deal was made, they calculated it using the wrong payment amount. This is strange BECAUSE I GAVE THEM THE RIGHT PAYOFF AMOUNT AND IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE OFFER PAPER BY THE SALESMAN! They explain that it's their mistake, and they try to push it off on the system even though they have the correct payoff amount in front of them the whole time. They wanted me to fork up almost an extra 2k for their mistake! I was willing to take a higher interest rate to finance with them, but they refused to honor their numbers. I understand mistakes are made, but own the mistake and make it right. Don't expect a customer to fork up extra money for a million-dollar company's mistake. I told them from the beginning the correct payoff loan and the finance manager had to shuffle through 3 different vehicle offers to support his argument. The final offer we agreed upon said in big black numbers the correct payoff amount. They eventually owned up to their mistake but wouldn't honor the deal I asked them to bring my trade in out and I walked out. When you go into this dealership make sure you are doing the math on your own and you're crystal clear because it's obvious it's very easy for them to make mistakes worth thousands. My salesman was great which was the one saving grace. He was patient and willing to work and I wanted to do business but when a mistake is made by a dealership that rakes in millions of dollars I think it is incredibly disingenuous to ask the customer to pay for that mistake. I shouldn't have to bend over backward and jump through all these hoops to give someone my money. So now my time has been wasted and I encourage anyone who shops here to bring a pen, paper, and calculator and do the math yourself because if I didn't I wouldn't have caught their mistake!

The most dishonest experience I've ever had at a

The most dishonest experience I've ever had at a dealership. We went to purchase a discounted vehicle with hail damage. We had a final price in writing. The price provided at the dealer was $2k more. When we asked why we were told the sales price was contingent on getting at least $5k for the trade in. Not only was this caveat never provided, both the salesman and the manager admitted it also wasn't on the dealer website. The manager told us that I used to be there, but wasn't anymore. The final price was the same price as the same vehicle without damage. Why would anyone do that? Go somewhere else.

My rating to some might be confusing as the sales

My rating to some might be confusing as the sales department were great to work with when buying a 2021 Ram 2500. so, I would rate them at a 4/5 as they are selling new and used cars and do not have much to do with the intake processing and multipoint checks that come with getting a used vehicle on their lot. the service team told me the items that that checked when they first received the truck and stated that everything was good including the breaks (almost brand new) which surprised me when less than 3 months later during my first oil change the Nyle Maxwell Killeen branch conducted a multipoint inspection stated that all 4 breaks and rotors were critical and needed to be replaced. the truck has not towed/ hauled not was driven hard enough to cause all 4 to need replacing that quickly.so i can only come to one conclusion, one of the two departments isnt telling the truth. and that alone is why myself and may people do not like dealing wiith dealerships. the internal culture of "Sell that vehicle and get that money" corrupts the core values and morals of the company as a whole. while it is a great thing when a company has "We examine every candidate's aptitude and intelligence during the interview process", they might want to incorporate integrity and accountability to the list of attributes for all employees from the top down......

Couldn’t ask for a better sales rep than Mike Huff. He literally wanted to make sure we were treated fair, and with respect. He got us into a 2020 ford escape hybrid. Dream come true!

I want to share my experience with the service practices

I want to share my experience with the service practices at Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Taylor Tx. On 4/10 I had an appointment for my 2014 Ram to get some factory recalls and wanted them to look at a check engine light. The first diagnostic was $300. I was called to say they needed to do a deeper diagnostic. I agreed to go to $500. After the deep diagnostic I was told the repairs would cost over $6k. I told them I would have to wait on repairs. I wanted to pick up my truck. After I get there to get my truck, I am told the price is now $900 for diagnostic. I didn’t agree to that cost but I had to pay. I walk out to get my truck to find it was not completely put back together (I have pictures) and the battery was now dead. After a jump box was used, the truck would still just spin and not start. I drove back home leaving the truck. On 4/24, I hear from service that they pushed my truck into the lot as it would not start. I was baffled how I was supposed to pick up my truck. On 4/26 I received a call telling me the battery has been charged and it was ready for pickup. I drive back out to find the truck will start but not run. It dies. I ask the service manager to put my truck back together so I can drive it off the lot, after all, I drove on the lot. A service writer called to say there was nothing they could do as I refused service. I pointed out that I drove it there and it was reasonable to assume I would receive it back in the same condition. He stated again that I refused service and they could not help. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The general manager called me. He tells me he will pay for 3 hours of shop time to get my truck running. If at the end of three hours, he will pay to have it towed back to my house. Can you believe that? I drove the truck in, it ran rough but it ran. Now we are talking about having it towed. He told the BBB that we had agreed to the above repair plan. I had 6 days to respond. I waited a week to hear from the dealership, but nothing. So I told the BBB I did not accept their response. A month has gone by, so I write to Dodge Ram headquarters in Auburn Hills Mi. I explain the chain of events and ask if they could do anything to help. I get a call shortly afterward from the service manager at Nyle Maxwell Dodge telling me they wanted to tow my truck to me. Keep in mind, I drove the truck to them, paid $900 for diagnostics, and now it does not run. I asked the service manager to take responsibility for whatever they did to my truck. He would not respond. I can not afford to repair whatever they did to my truck and refuse to pay them over $6000 to get it running. So, I have a non-running truck in my driveway that I can neither repair or sell. All thanks to Nyle Maxwell Dodge in Taylor Tx. My suggestion to everyone is to avoid doing any business with them based on the way they have treated me and my vehicle.
