Coolant Pump Repairs
Had scheduled service for oil, etc. Then the water pump tanks. Good timing. THey were able to complete all services and repairs in 4 days. Great job. My only issue is they should've washed the engine bay after the repairs. There is an annoying antifreeze smell making me repeatedly check the fluid levels.

I have purchased 4-5 vehicles from the Covert dealerships
I have purchased 4-5 vehicles from the Covert dealerships over the last 30 years, my latest a 2021 Silverado Trail Boss, which before it hit 5,000 miles had a lifter issue causing a bent push rod, now at 42,900 miles having lifter issues again, Covert replaced lifters ,but now they say it has a ticking noise, Covert said GM told them to do engine flush which Covert and GM says I have to pay for at $500-$1000 if 2 flushings are required, GM says Covert could do this at a courtesy if they are willing , seems to me like GM would offer to pay for it !!! I will never purchase any GM products ever again !!

My 2021 Silverado Trail boss is in service for the second lifter failure I have had on this truck, after covert replaced lifters they said it was making a ticking noise, which it wasnt making before !!! Covert wants me to pay for engine flush which Brenda said was recommended by GM, This should be covered by GM for it is related to the lifters and engine !!!! The engine obviously has not been running correctly since it was new, if it has that much carbon build up with just a little over 42,000 miles,
