Daniel responded immediately to an inquiry about Chevrolet 1500 4x4 from internet. Our first telephone conversation went well. Enjoyed my experience no pressure. I looked at a dodge truck but felt comfortable going with the Chev.

Searched the internet for the Grand Sport Corvette I was looking for, found it at Ross Downing Chevy. Purchased the vehicle from out of state, had a great experience. Mike Grady in new car ssles was knowledgable and attentive throughout the process. Doug in finance took extra time on a weekend to go over the paperwork, which was clearly explained. First experience in buying out of state, will buy again from Ross Downing.

Kim was truly a blessing to me. I went looking for a used car, however she said I could probably get a new one. I looked at her with amazement and shock! I never dreamed of getting a new car! I didn't think I Could. Then I started praying. Then I started believing. And WOW, with God's help, Kim, along with the help of Ryan made it happen! It took some time; however, she was so patient and friendly. She did not give up. She believed with me. I was one happy lady when I left there!

Mr. Pete and Rob was very nice and friendly. Mr. Pete explained everything very much in detail so we could understand him. He showed us how to work all the gadgets in the car. Also Rob was so very up and honest. Doug Lagroue was very good at his job and explained it all in terms we could deal with. When I returned to get the inspection sticker (it was raining the day of the purchase) the man came off his lunch break to do this so that I wouldnt have to wait more than 10 minutes. A great team. I had only one day to choose, buy, and drive away and it all happened. Two days after leaving, i got a phone call. It was found that I should have received a lower interest rate. This was applied to my loan application and my monthly note lowered. That extra effort did not have to happen. This will help pay for my oil changes. Thanks for the courteous and respectful manner which I was treated.

If you are looking for a new Chevy, this is the dealership to go to. Everyone is very knowledgable of the products and exteremely helpful. I left the dealership well informed and did not feel any pressure during my shopping experience.
