Jeep wrangler order - honest, professional dealer
I ordered a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Xtreme Recon from Warren. He was hands down the best salesmen I have ever worked with. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about my car purchase. I will be buying all my future Jeeps/Rams from Warren in Nyle Maxwell. Nick Condiss and the other Nyle Maxwell team members were exceptional as well. Highly recommend if you want a streamlined new car process without any tricks

smoke and air freshners
Tried to be practical and bought a slightly used 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 6k miles instead of a brand new one, but it completely back fired. The car looked clean and in great shape, but had a strong smell to it, like it was just cleaned. I assumed they just detailed it to sell it and didn't think too much about it However 2 days later I noticed these very hard to see vent air fresheners sticks (see pic). I've never seen anything like them before and If you're not looking for them they're almost impossible to see. That said, I took all 5 of them out of the vents and once I did that there was a very strong cigarette odor in the car (which couldn't be worst for me personally since I'm allergic cigarette smoke). I then called and talked to my sales rep and said hey, I found these really hard to see air freshener sticks in the vents and first thing he says is " we didn't put them there" . I asked to talk to the manager and the first thing he said was "we didn't put them in there". I don't know if they did or didn't put them in there but someone should of known. Now I'm stuck with a 40k+suv that every time I turn it on it makes me angry. Honestly I can see this happening at one of those small no credit ask used car dealers, but never would of expected this to happen from a reputable big car dealer like Nyle Maxwell.

Great buying experience
Low pressure buying experience. Santiago was patient as we tried car seats in different vehicles and they had a nice inventory to look at. Would recommend this dealership and sales person.

Service Center Issue
I took my car in for an oil change and standard inspection. At the time, I also asked about my tires because I thought my tread seemed thin. Soon after I had a flat tire. When I took the car in to the tire shop they said my tires were overdue to be replaced. This seems like this should have been caught by the service team and the tires could have been replaced as a preventative repair. Additionally, after the service was done I called to ask a question regarding the service report. I left a voicemail and never heard back.
