Exceptional service on my GLC300 - fast, friendly, and

Exceptional service on my GLC300 - fast, friendly, and good coffee. I had the check engine light go on and I got an appointment within a couple of day with a nice new loaner. It was just a fault code fixed by a reset and a software update. My service advisor Jorge was the best. Thanks Jorge.

Bought an S560 last month fro MB of Austin.

Bought an S560 last month fro MB of Austin. I have owed six MB and this is my second S Series. The Sales person Jeffrey Johnson was awesome from the very start to the end of the transaction. This helped me gain total confidence about being and conducting business at the right place. When it came to complete the financing portion of the deal (which I didn't need but opt for it anyway), the situation went from great to a wasteful time consuming process. Nothing to do with with securing the loan, but a relentless and consent push to purchase the extended warranty and protection plan for ~$5K, tinted window and a paint protection coating service. At the end I agree to tint application as a sign of good will and to end with a win-win standing. Well they did apply the tint, but it was not a well-done job as expected from a high-class dealership. Within three days, the lint and other debris became visible. I am very reluctant to take it back for correction since I live 60 miles away. I would like to mentioned to be very careful before you seal the deal. MB of Austin will automatically add two items to you invoice. Window tint for $499 and a vehicle protection plan they call PDS Premiere Defense for $995.00. If you tell them that you do not want these items, the finance manager will you that these items have already been installed and cannot be removed. However, in my case they were not and they continue to insist that I was required and obligated to pay for the two. Remember, you are only required to pay for the advertised price of the vehicle. I had to continue to refuse the items for three hours of wasted time. At the end, the purchase contract had to be re-written to remove these unwanted items which were not even installed at the time of purchase. I respect and will repeat my business with MB of Austin and the salesperson that assisted me, but I will never deal with Mr. C, the finance manager again, I rather drive to Dallas. 5 Stars to the Salesperson, 4 to MB of Austin by proxy and 2 to the finance manager. Absolutely the worst Mercedes Benz dealership, Unethical

Absolutely the worst Mercedes Benz dealership, Unethical practices. I brought my car in for noise that I was hearing while breaking. I left my vehicle with the service advisor with no damages to the rear drivers side door. When I picked up my car and got home I noticed that they had damaged my drivers side rear door and tried to hide the damage . I notified them immediately and sent the pictures of the damage they did to my vehicle via text message . No one called me back. I reached out again the next day and spoke with Brayden the Express Service Advisor. I was lied to and was told that the car was brought in like that. “LIES” . I then drove to the dealership and met with Jesse the Service Manager. We went back and forth about the damage that they had done to my GLE rear drivers side door. He Lied as well and said that my vehicle was dropped off at the dealership with damage to the rear door, Even though there video footage up on checking in my vehicle showed no damage to the door. He then decided to make me an offer to have his detail shop to try and buff out the damage, but he said it wouldn’t be perfect. The other option was that they would pay half and I will have to pay the other half to get my car fixed. I told him no deal . I will not pay for damage that they did to my Vehicle. I will take further legal actions. This has been a very stressful and disappointing experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Austin. VERY UNETHICAL PRACTICES

As we discussed, I carefully reviewed the video footage from your vehicle's check-in, and it is evident that the damage was present before our team began any work on it. Please refer to our email thread to view the full walk-around vehicle captured at check-in, as well as a photo showing pre-existing damage. Furthermore, the photos you captured show the damaged area has been touched up with paint. Mercedes-Benz of Austin does not offer touch-up paint services, so there is no way my team could have attempted a "quick fix" as you claimed during our conversation. Given that we have documentation clearly showing the pre-existing damage, I stand by our Service Manager's decision not to cover the repairs. Thank you and have a great day. Excellent service.

Excellent service. One morning I noticed that my right rear tire had developed a couple of side wall bulges. Since I was concerned about driving safely with them, I called MB of Austin. I was immediately put through to Luis Cuellar who confirmed that had the tire I needed and was able to schedule me at 2:00 pm that day. I got to MB of Austin and the work went seamlessly. The waiting room was spotless and comfortable. It was totally satisfactory experience!
