Disappointed with Service Quality and Follow-Up I’m
Disappointed with Service Quality and Follow-Up I’m very disappointed with my experience at Land Rover Jacksonville. I brought my 2018 Jaguar E-Pace in for an oil leak that they diagnosed as an issue with the oil plug. After paying for the repair, I was told the vehicle was good to go. However, within a week, the oil had completely leaked out again. When I picked up my car after the initial repair, it hadn’t even been washed until I mentioned it — a small but telling detail given the cost of service. In 2023, I had already spent over $4,800 on repairs that were supposed to address similar issues, including work on the coolant system. Now, just a year later, I’ve had to pay another $3,200 for additional oil leak repairs and rework on some of those same systems. For the amount I’ve invested in service here, I expected better quality, thorough diagnostics, and accountability for previous work. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations.

Every member of the team here at Jaguar was reasonable, professional, and extremely understanding. From service advisor Dan to service manager Kevin and the technicians, they carefully listened, kept me informed, and explored every option to resolve the problem. They even went above and beyond by contacting manufacturer support to ensure the best solution. In the end, they solved the issue in a very cost-effective way, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend this service center to anyone in need of true professional problem-solving!
