Just purchased our third Volvo from this dealership. Superb service from friendly and knowledgeable staff, from Sales to Service. I give the entire dealership five stars and #10 rating.

Hassan and Brian were great customer service/sales guys. Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because this vehicle had been in an accident, which was not on carfax, nor were we told about it, and we did find out about it (after looking under vehicle, and seeing bumper damage, etc) until after we purchased it. Great experience other than that.

We were searching for a PHEV AWD family SUV to complement our Rivian R1S — something perfect for daily driving on battery power yet capable for longer road trips without range anxiety. After researching, the Volvo XC60 T8 Ultra checked every box — especially with its refined design upgrades and Heads-Up Display (honestly, every vehicle should have this feature!). Our journey started at Hill Country Volvo near our home, but the experience there was disappointing. Instead of connecting us with the Costco Auto Program as requested, we were handed off to a newer sales rep who seemed dismissive and uninterested. It was clear we weren’t being taken seriously — so we decided to head down to Volvo Cars of Austin. That turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, Thayne and Shannon were attentive, responsive, and genuinely listened to what we wanted. They and the entire Volvo Austin team went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. With the $7,500 Federal EV credit deadline approaching, we hoped to finalize our purchase before the end of September. Unfortunately, we discovered our XC60 T8 Ultra configuration was just above the qualifying price cap. That’s when Volvo stepped up with a package that effectively matched the value of the EV credit — and then Thayne and Shannon surprised us again by upgrading us into the XC60 T8 Ultra Polestar. This upgrade completely exceeded our expectations. The XC60 Polestar is not only a luxurious family SUV but also an absolute joy to drive — a sportscar-like experience in the body of a family vehicle. What was supposed to be our family’s “second car” (primarily for my wife) has now become the one we fight over to drive! 😄 If you’re looking for a transparent, professional, and genuinely enjoyable car-buying experience, skip the games and go straight to Thayne, Shannon, and the team at Volvo Cars of Austin. With very limited schedules and availability John, Kevin and Shannon were so helpful in getting us in our much needed new car without having to step foot on the lot. They worked with us fully remotely to test drive, trade in, sign and deliver our new vehicle! If it weren’t for their help we’d still be stuck in our old car that no longer suited our needs.
