I rated the dealership separately, But I wanted to give special attention to the sales person and finance individual. The person who handled the sales process, Karl Alfeld Internet Manager, and JR, Fnance, in addition to the service department. They answered every question, provided a printout of the findings of the 40 point inspection and actions taken, demonstrated the cars features and handled the finance expeditiously. I would rate them a 10. At the age of 85, I've had a lot of experience with sales organizations and have rarely experienced this level of cooperation & forthrightness.

Randy was great from start to finish. He honored every request with positive energy. I recommend asking for him if you decide to shop at Gullo.

Great advertised price without any big hidden mark ups in the end like many other dealers. There were no games so I traveled a little farther to close the deal. Very smooth and fast in/out the dealership so I could get back home.

Live in El Paso was applying for used vehicle, everything was going great, the vehicle was approved by my bank talking to sales person Ali, I was on my to finish everything and letting him know i was on my way, halfways there he texted me that the vehicle was being sold at the moment and nothing he could. After going all week back and forth he comes out with that xx. The vehicle stills shows on their site. I think sales guy didn't want to sell it to us.
