My easiest car shopping experience

Everyone was friendly, prompt, and sincere. This was my most painless car shopping experience. Wendy did not come off as desperate and pushy. The MKC wasn't my first choice vehicle, but the service I received from the dealership won me over.

Awesome Experience

I purchased a Lincoln Navigator from this dealership and I would have to say that this is the definitely best experience that I've ever had in purchasing a car. My sales person Joe Bend did a great job helping me get the best deal (I checked another Lincoln dealership and they couldn't come close to matching that deal). The manager Morris Jelks was also extremely helpful and I made sure to let him know this was the best dealership I've ever been to. In addition, Carol took me through the paperwork very quickly and made it a smooth and easy process for me. So overall (price, quality, friendliness and ease of transaction) I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Excellent routine service.

The service staff were courteous, thorough, and handled the service quickly. My car was washed and vacuumed. My only comment is that the wash might have been a bit more thorough.

Great Experience

My total experience at my local Lincoln dealership was flawless. The knowledgeable and courteous sales person was helpful without putting any pressure on me to buy. I chose the MKC because I knew when I first sat in it that it was the vehicle for me. The entire staff was pleasant to deal with. I will recommend the dealership and the vehicle to others.
