Had my car from 6/18/18-11/30/18 to replace air bag sensor. Got car back battery was dead and got home after turning off and couldn’t get it to crank. Had to buy new battery and get mechanic to look at after service manager implied I screwed it up by putting in a new battery myself. Was out of town when they called and got back in town and returned the loaner on 11/30/18, two days after repair was complete when I got in town. Ford told me I had a 7 day grace period once called and told the repair was fixed. Well rental car agency called the dealership multiple times for the two extra day payment. But informed me the dealership wouldn’t pay the extra two days. Still within grace period and the two days were charged to my card. More stress from the dealership then enough. Definitely not getting another Ford because going through this kind of stress isn’t worth it for a repair a national car manufacturer made for using shotty parts!
