My experience was great!
My experience was great! I found the Jeep that suited me perfectly thanks to Kristen and Ernesto. I was able to get through the paperwork quickly and pleasantly. I had a meeting at work, so I had to leave. I was so pleased when Ernesto was able to deliver the jeep to me the following Saturday. I was so grateful and will continue to recommend MINI of the Woodlands to my friends at work.

Great service writers especially Paloma Perez with Mini
Great service writers especially Paloma Perez with Mini of the Woodlands took care of me and my Mini (Scootn 2). The dealership show room and waiting areas is first rate with a myrid of comfortable seats and reading material. This is my 2nd Mini I have bought from them and will buy another one within the year.

we were greeted immediately by Nick who proceeded to show us the Jeep we were interested in. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We told him what we wanted and where we stood price wise and he went and talked with the Manager who came back over and deal was done. That was the easy part. Only downfall I see is the time it takes to actually finalize everything when it is a cash sale and no trade in. Other than the time waiting for this it was a good experience. Nick was great and would certainly recommend him and the dealership.
