edit- Removed names and references to people who were not involved. I got confused about who I was talking to, I was told it would be one guy, but they sent another, and I completely missed that. The issue has been resolved for now at least, and I selected service as 'reason for visit' as sales did good job Sames Ford in Bastrop is run by awful people. Just last Saturday my 73 y/o wife paid $37000 cash for a new Bronco (likely the last car she'll ever buy), and it is already in for a problem! The service writer has already lied to us about the repair. As soon as the check cleared, suddenly they aren't friendly anymore. I am so tired of being taken advantage of. Grrrr. more details Until the check clears, they are the nicest people you ever meet. I did not even want to go there due to AWFUL experiences with their service department in the past, but my wife really wanted this car, so I reluctantly agreed to give them another chance. That was a big mistake. Strike 1, they pulled the old bait and switch on us, the car we saw on the website "just got sold" Bull Cookies! Strike 2, the car had to be returned for a problem the 2nd day we had it Strike 3, they want to argue with me about the safety issues with the auto stop start feature, and the they basically called a 73 y/o woman a liar. Out 1 Strike 4, someone in service lied to our salesman who told my wife the parts were on order. Today, 3 days later, it’s still yet to even be diagnosed. Strike 5, the lady who arranges the rental cars was very rude to my wife on the phone. She was so nice when I accompanied my wife up there today. Avoid this place like the plague. I’m stuck with them now, as I stated the check cleared already.

Great experience ordering a F250 - sales rep walked

Great experience ordering a F250 - sales rep walked through ever option available, even met with the Service Manager on a couple items. Once delivered, spent a couple hours stepping through all the setup options. He followed up with a phone call a couple days later to check if I had any questions, etc. Picked this dealership due to previous experience with Service department on my daughters older Mustang - certainly not the closest Ford dealership but worth the drive.

Tristan was very courteous and helpful.

Tristan was very courteous and helpful. The trade-in experience was on point, had no issues. I will always come back to Sames for my vehicles. I was extra happy because my son being a first time buyer that everything went smooth and he got just the vehicle he wanted.
