Hugh selection of vehicles to choose from. The whole staff was very courteous and helpful. The facility was very clean and set up well. My salesman, Dave Webb, and Finance Manager, Chad Jennings, was very informative and helpful with my purchase. Overall good experience buying a new Fusion. Time well spent on a very busy Memorial Day weekend.

The salesman was very nice. Did not care for sales manager. The process takes way to long. Should not have to spend 5 hours at a dealership to purchase a vehicle.

My entire experience with Planet Ford was very satisfying. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant receptionist. The salesperson met us promptly and took us look at the vehicle we were interested in. After making a decision to purchase the vehicle the paperwork and sales transactions all went smoothly. The vehicle was quickly washed, cleaned and serviced and delivered to the door. A representative explained all of the features of the vehicle and we we were on our way. The whole process took about two hours. The waiting rooms were comfortable and we were provided cold water and kept informed throughout the process.

Misleading / poor communication from your service advisor. No feedback regarding status although I was clear with my intentions and left a cell phone number and e-mail address...

The salesman, Stephen Tucker was outstanding, so if you go there, ask for him by name. Also, Mike Romero, the Sales Manager was great to deal with and ensured I received a great deal on my purchase and my trade in. Best overall shopping experience I have had with a new vehicle purchase. Stephen and Mike are a great team and handled everything perfectly. No haggling, no pressure, just fair business discussion and closed quickly.

Francis Ramos did an amazing job. She was responsive and very helpful. Then Charles Prince (Sales manager) was great and really helped us. David Sherman with Finance did a great job as well. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We will be back in about a year to buy my wife a car. This team was great, we would recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Planet Ford was exceptional. From the time I stepped in the door, without an appointment, i had little wait before I was on the lot determining my requirements for a new vehicle with a knowledgeable sales manager. Planet Ford's ability to price match their competitors is exceptional and hard working staff earned my trust. After all of my fairly picky requirements, it was determined through a thorough search that the vehicle I wanted was not on their lot, but they went out of their way to locate it and have it delivered if I wanted it. They know how to treat a customer!
