Vic and Herb were absolutely horrible.

Vic and Herb were absolutely horrible. The dealership smelled like moldy fungus. However, Clarence Moret was able to efficiently sell me a white C 300 for an affordable price. The smell is still in my nose about 3 days later, so y'all will not be seeing from me again. Also, I totaled the car, so I was wondering if there is any way to return it within 30 days. Purchased a vehicle Aug.

Purchased a vehicle Aug. 6th 2025. I decided to do tax tile with the DMV since dealers are known to add adverse/excessive fees. They still managed to charge me a notary fee without notarizing anything. The most important part is a purchased a vehicle and was not giving the correct paperwork and all documentation provided states I owe a back when I purchased the car in cash. I have been geeked the run around. Omv will not transfer title unless balance reflects zero. I’ve been to the dealership on 2 occasions only to still get the wrong paperwork. Vehicle vin ended up getting flagged by the OMV and now they suggest letting Mercedes complete the paperwork and just go through them 😒. Meanwhile I still don’t have any proof of a paid in full vehicle. Just registration. Seriously disappointed and disgusted by the entire situation.

I have made numerous phone calls leaving messages for William Russ in financial department. I have left messages for his supervisor. I have sent several emails to William Russ in the last month. I have not had any response from him or sales associates or financial supervisor. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Baton Roughe over this dealership!

This is about benson collision center do not let a guy

This is about benson collision center do not let a guy named Ivan Valentino fix your vehicle it wasn’t fixed correctly then brought it back then got it back with huge gashes all inside vehicle from him getting angry that I called to have to bring it back and he couldn’t figure out how to fix it right so he took revenge and gashes the entire inside of my vehicle up with screwdriver I even found the tool in my vehicle he forgot about and left it in there my vehicle is ruined he made sure if it he went around entire inside of vehicle and made huge gashes everywhere I did take video of vehicle the day I pulled in to drop it off just in case they damaged it too so I have the proof my car has thousands of dollars in damage from him vandalizing it and even made a huge scratch to the metal on outside of door too my vehicle is destroyed I have turned over everything to atty.

The guy Jordan in the loaner department awesome guy very professional well mannered he helped me and my husband out by getting us into a loaner thought we would have to wait for one but he came through with one thank god again thank you Jordan your the greatest

Went to the dealership on 6/8/24 to show my wife a used

Went to the dealership on 6/8/24 to show my wife a used 850i that I saw on a recent bike ride. Upon pulling in the lot, I was approached by Herb Singleton, a former salesman on the month. Herb grabbed the keys and offered me to take a test drive with no hassle (Explains the 2 star rating.) Once in the office, Herb went to his staff for a trade in value on my vehicle. For the review’s purpose, I will leave this out as to not delineate from the complaint. In short, I was not please with their offer, but that has no bearing on this review. The foundation of this complaint is based on the offer sheet provided by Herb and his manager Clay, which shows the base price of the vehicle being reflected at ~ $2,000 over what the price was listed on their own website. Maybe I am missing something as I have not been in the market for a vehicle recently, but to walk in to the dealership, look at a vehicle, and be given an offer sheet for a car that is over $2,000 higher than the list price on the dealer’s website…This just does not appear that the salesman & sales manager are acting in good faith for their clientele!

beware of some guy named Ivan Valentino I was told that did the work on my Mercedes he will STEAL YOUR JACKSTAND OUT OF BRAND NEW SUV AND NICK UP YOUR DASH BOARD AND CONSOLE PULL UP STUFF THAT WAS NOT WRECKED AND HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHERE SUV WAS WRECKED MY SUV IS NOW HAVING NEW ISSUES AFTER IT WAS SO CALLED FIXED! FOUND ALL SORTS OF ISSUES BUT NOW LETTING ATTORNEY HANDLE IT. And obviously this dealership collision center does not screen employees or where they came from AND mess up your SUV OR IF YOU HAVE A DIFFERENT VEHICLE and take parts off and keep them and takes items from the collision center shop here !warning !to potential customers go somewhere else I found out a lot from a friend who works here and originally wanted to fix my SUV but it ENDED UP BEING this guy who ended up with my SUV. BENSON NEEDS TO WATCH AND SEE WHAT PEOPLE ARE DOING IN THEIR COLLISION SHOP! With untrustworthy people and SHOTTY WORK you will leave with brand new problems you never had before and you would think Mercedes would have higher standards. Cheating customers charging extra money creating new issues to make more money and steal items out of cars and especially a car jack! That you need in an emergency.. this is a new vehicle and had had all accessories in the trunk and now gone! I'm going to look online to see if I see it being sold online with other parts and call the pawn shops and I'm going to blast it all over Facebook and other social sites
