Good experience overall.
Good experience overall. Bought my first ever brand new vehicle. Hopefully the service/warranty services are as good as the sales experience if I ever need it. Everyone at the dealership work around the clock.

Had issues with them being late to pick up my car then
Had issues with them being late to pick up my car then returned the car a day later plus claimed to have performed services that you could tell just by looking that they definitely did not do

No customer loyalty at all.
No customer loyalty at all. My F150 King Ranch (purchased new from Planet Ford) sat in their shop for two weeks before they even diagnosed the issue, which should have been a no-brainer since it kept throwing codes to my Ford App. I basically just had to keep calling the service manager repeatedly to get it fixed.
