They keep my f150 for a week and said it would be a
They keep my f150 for a week and said it would be a little over $2000 for repairs and I talk to manger he said they would repair for a little over $1000. I told them that I would pick up my f150. I took to another job and they repaired it for $50.00

My experience with this dealership is probably the worst
My experience with this dealership is probably the worst I’ve experienced at any dealer. I was talking to them about making a trade on my truck for a used f-250. Thing was loaded out and after talking for a long time, the salesman and I settled a deal. I made a 500$ deposit and told them that the earliest day I could pick up the truck was the following Monday. The deal was made late Saturday evening. I had a doctor appointment that morning in Houston at 10. I had informed them of this appt and told them I would arrive promptly after. After the appt I called the salesman to let him know I was headed that direction and, wouldn’t you know it, they sold MY truck I had a DEPOSIT on right out from under me! Absolute SNAKES! Completely UNTRUSTWORTHY! Dishonest people do not trust them!

Overall experience was great.
Overall experience was great. Sales team answered our questions was very accommodating even after all the back-and-forth between the vehicles we wanted to test drive look at I had questions for. The only thing that was not so great and I’m not sure how much can be done about it was the financing process which took what we felt way much longer than it should’ve been for Elise agreement overall, we were at the dealership for about eight hours which I think is ridiculous but nonetheless the team at planet Ford was very accommodating, even towards the end when we were crunch for time because we needed somewhere to
