First trip there was not so good. Took 3 hours for an oil change. This was before they had a service advocate. This time they had a service advocate who made this trip fantastic and efficient. In and out within 1-1/2 hours.

Charged bill for over 5k, was given car back with no Freon after bringing it in for AC problems. Also, I asked them to fix the mud flap under the car that was hanging lose. Was assured it would be fixed. Issue was not fixed. All of this and a 5k bill. I’m wondering if my spark plugs were even changed which I was charged for
