Great Service
The individuals were honest, had good customer service. My car service and quick and finished correctly. My service tech explained all issue with my car and gave me pricing to fix my vehicle problems.

Great Customer Service
Ivan was very patient in explaining my car service needs on my last trip. I have a new Nissan Rogue (2014). This was my first service for the vehicle; so I had lots of questions. He was patient enough to answer all of them; including advice for my next service.

Great Customer Service
The guys at Mossy Nissan were very helpful. From the service desk, to the parts desk and the courtesy drivers that I had; everyone was just very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. I didn't buy my Nissan at this location, but I really trust this Nissan dealership more that any other in Houston.

Great Service!!!
I must say that when I came in, I knew exactly what I wanted in the next car I buy. My Sales Rep, Sidney Thompson went above & beyond to meet my demands (& I will admit that I was difficult to deal with); poor thing got me almost everything I wanted in my new 2016 Nissan Maxima SL & he & Robert in Financing even made sure my monthly payments were within reason. Being difficult again, at first I didn't think I was going to be happy or comfortable about my purchase; after all, there was going to be a lot of money invested towards a new vehicle & I wanted my money's worth by getting what I wanted. Both gentleman were very knowledgeable; they explained & answered all of my questions; they even assured me that I would drive away a happy woman. They were right, I am very much happy & pleased with my new Maxima. Sidney & Robert did their thing & I respect them even more for having the patience (& perseverance) to deal with a difficult person such as myself. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
