Maintenance survey

I Contacted West Houston Infinity for a routine maintenance. My preferred Service Rep is Josh Jacobs. Without fail I was provided a date and time within a day. I had mentioned that my side mirror wasn't working properly with no other thought of repair due to the cost. I dismissed it. During the visit Josh researched my contract and informed me that it was covered under extended warranty and there would be no cost to me. My point is I had no Idea that the extended warranty was still in effect. The Service Rep researched it without being asked. This kind of initiative is what sets the individual and the dealer ship apart. Repairs were scheduled with a loaner. In addition the service was conducted, the car was washed and returned to me in little over an hour. Just great service which keeps me returning and being a loyal customer

31K Service

The only down spot that occurred consisted of a replacement battery for one of the key fobs. I placed it on the ticket and received a call stating that it wasn't necessary. So I have to make another trip to get a battery for the key fob.
