Routine service so quick, easy, pleasant

Getting routine service for by 2015 Q70 is such a great experience. Easy to make appointment, they are ready when I get there. Work is done faster than I expected and I wait in a wonderful place that I can work, get coffee. And a very fair price. Why would I go anywhere else?

I had an issue wth the apps loading correctly. West HOUSTON Infiniti scheduled the appointment Provided me with a loaner while my car was being serviced. I am very happy with the service

Service & Purchase of Infiniti 2016 QX80 Limited

I went in to have my 2010 FX35 serviced and drove out with a new 2016 QX80 Limited! I was very pleased with not only the service of my previous car, but the buying process for my new vehicle was pleasant as well.

Excellent buying experience!! Got a qx80 love it.

I purchase a qx80 got it financed trough infinity financial at a premium rate with average credit. Finance manager helped a lot. Treat me really good trough the process.

Extremely Satisfied Customer

I was extremely pleased with the way Josh Jacob handled everything pertaining to my repair service problem. My car had to be towed because it had become unreliable and dangerous to drive. There was excellent communication via telephone and email throughout the process. Additionally, the diagnosis of the problem was explained in a way that could be understood and additional service needs were presented. We came up with a plan to address the more critical needs, and an estimate was presented. When the work was completed, there were no surprises and the bill was as expected. My car is in good running condition, and I am an extremely satisfied customer.
