Getting routine service for by 2015 Q70 is such a great experience. Easy to make appointment, they are ready when I get there. Work is done faster than I expected and I wait in a wonderful place that I can work, get coffee. And a very fair price. Why would I go anywhere else?

I was extremely pleased with the way Josh Jacob handled everything pertaining to my repair service problem. My car had to be towed because it had become unreliable and dangerous to drive. There was excellent communication via telephone and email throughout the process. Additionally, the diagnosis of the problem was explained in a way that could be understood and additional service needs were presented. We came up with a plan to address the more critical needs, and an estimate was presented. When the work was completed, there were no surprises and the bill was as expected. My car is in good running condition, and I am an extremely satisfied customer.

West Houston Infiniti is THE BEST!!! They work to accommodate my schedule and perform the service superbly. The personnel are courteous, friendly, and efficient. Their facilities are comfortable and I like looking at the new Infinities, planning ahead for my next purchase.
