I started a process to buy a car from these clowns Monday - after agreeing to their deal a whopping $300 discount, I had to email them a total of 10 times to get them to finally return my email's, NO PHONE CALLS OF COURSE. When I asked for wiring instructions, they ghosted me again until now 4:31PM on THURSDAY to tell the they sold the car EVEN THOUGH I COMMITTED TO BUY THE CAR AT THEIR TERMS ON MONDAY. They are the worst dealership I have ever dealt with and I would avoid them at all costs, just another example of xxxx. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE AWFUL!

Horrible customer service, it has been over a month, my trade in hasn’t been paid off, you can’t reach anyone, they are not returning voicemails, salesperson Artemi acting like helping me, all he says it takes time which is not true. I asked Artemi to help me speak with a manager, he told me call store. Even receptionist says i can’t guarantee you can speak with a manager. Different attitude when buying vehicle, go somewhere else, don’t suffer with your own money.

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.
