Howard and Chad definitely made this a joyful experience, their knowledge and eagerness to help made me want to go no where else for future purchases.

The purchasing experience was delightful. The sales manager Tom was attentive and knew the product very well. He spend over 2 hours with me explaining the operation of the vehicle as well as a test drive. His statement to me was “we are a customer service company that happens to sell car”. What a true statement. The selling process was relaxing and not a pressure sell. We agreed on a price in minutes and he did not try to pressure me to buy add on services. I highly recommend Star Motors. Though this survey indicates I purchased a Mercedes, I actual purchased an Aston Martin Vantage.
