Even though I had not reached 15,000 miles, the car and Audi serviced my care because they wanted me to get the full value of my prepaid services. Great customer service and value added experience!

Couln't be happier

I purchased an Audi A3 from JT. This is my first Audi, and he found me exactly the car that I wanted with all the features I was looking for. He was very helpful and honest about what could and could not be done in regards to trade, finance, and price. I feel I got the best deal possible. I love my new car and am sold on Audi for life! I will go back to JT and Audi Central for all cars from now on.

Audi Central - just purchased not one, but two SUV's from this dealership. Our first Audi 6-months ago. Then one last week for our eldest daughter, as a college graduating gift. Adan & Vince are outstanding to work with!!!

Worst Service Department

Once again the service department did not do their job. My car suffered water damage during Hurricane Harvey! I took my Q5 for repairs on the leaking sunroof, kept my car for almost a month. Tore out the sunscreen when it was only hanging from the right side. Unbelievable how this service department works. How can they take advantage of people like that. I'm out $3323.00 that I paid for repairs and they were not done! Please do not take your vehicle here.
