Very disappointed that Sterling McCall doesn't honor the
Very disappointed that Sterling McCall doesn't honor the $49.95 price they advertise on their website. This is the second time this has happened. Why even advertise if they don't honor.

Recently bought used Ford Explorer from GMC southwest; could not have had a more pleasant experience buying a car ever! Debi Roberts was more than helpful in getting repairs done after we bought the car. I would not hesitate buying from this dealership again!

Found a GMC Yukon on the website , I just needed the
Found a GMC Yukon on the website , I just needed the bottom dollar price off msrp. After about 3 hours a manager told me they do not and will not come off MSRP. It was a waste of time and energy. I could have been calling another dealership instead of being told I will get an answer shortly. Very frustrating, they need to tell customers they do not come off msrp upfront.

The guys where straight forward and even drive the car
The guys where straight forward and even drive the car home for me as it was late and dealership was already closed by the time we where all set and I came with my second car

Charged me almost 300 dollar to replace lightbulbs and
Charged me almost 300 dollar to replace lightbulbs and even then didn't fix my issue. They had me terrible service and i hate them.
