Sterling McCall Buick GMC is wonderful!

Sterling McCall Buick GMC is wonderful!! Service Advisor Basil is the best!! He always takes care of my car when I bring it in for regular maintenance or repair. He is kind, courteous, knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle, and patient with me when I ask dumb questions!! All of the people that I have met at this dealership are awesome. From Basil, my Service Advisor, to Chris the Repair Manager, to the guy in the parts department, and to Craig, the General Manager… they are a great team!!

The repair department at Sterling McCall GMC is really

The repair department at Sterling McCall GMC is really top notch!! My Service Advisor, Basil, is so wonderful. He has handled all of my cars? regular service checks and most recent repair. The repair department is very comfortable and customer friendly! I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else!! :)

One would hope that when you take a car for battery

One would hope that when you take a car for battery replacement it would take 30-50 min. No it took 3 hrs. Why? Because they gave a work order for filter replacement for my a/c, rotate my tires, and flush my fuel system. They also did not check my electrical system after battery installation. When I received my car the temp was set at 75f in the car. I then find that my climate control system is not working. I went back next day and they gave me an estimate for $810 to replace high pressure hose and flush the a/c fluid. All these are wrong. I just took my car to another garage and had the electrical system checked and the climate control system was fixed. The cost was less than $200.

I have 2 months with my used car I just bought it, and

I have 2 months with my used car I just bought it, and they didn’t even replace my battery with a new one, so I had to pay for it that’s ridiculous thanks

Excellent service provider ,just had issues with their policies when it comes to battery replacement the dealership or manufacturer is not pro customer they are against warranty that is how long battery last and purchase new one warranty should start over once purchased or go to Auto Zone or O?Reily to get your money worth
