Helfman Ford - Stafford

As always Helfman Ford had given a great purchasing experience. This is my forth new F-150 purchased at this Ford Dealer since 2007. I like their services across the board. I trust them from new car salesman to mechanics for repairs. I have always had a great experience.

Every part of the buying process was easy and well organized. I ordered my new Explorer and there were some delays due to the model year changeover. Both Helfman and Ford reached out to me on numerous occasions to inform me of the status of my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle I was in and out of the dealership within an hour or less. There was not one hiccup or unnecessary delay as they had all the paperwork prepared when I arrived. If you want to purchase a car or truck hassle-free, Helfman Ford is the place to shop.

Buying a new car at this Helfman Ford Stafford was an easy experience! Everyone was friendly, efficient, and not pushy. Amir Z. was especially helpful. He patiently “walked” us through the various features of the car and answered all our questions which were many. He also gave us his phone number to call if we had any other questions. This was the second time we purchased a new car from Ford and both times we had a smooth experience without the sales people being pushy like some other dealerships are.

Helfman Ford is easy to work with. My transaction was handled professionally and promptly. Fred Aquilar was very helpful in making the transaction easy.

One of the best things about this dealership is they don't do useless add ons. Mike Hungate and Woody Villarreal were great with my order and delivery.

Great vehicle purchase from Helfman Ford. Purchased a 2023 Ford Lightning XLT from Brock, aftermarkets from Sal, and financed with JJ. Very friendly and easy dealership.

Bought sight unseen had delivered to Fla. a used Mercedes went through their inspection with flying colors. Taking next week to have 3-5000 dollars of work done after a couple hundred miles.
