I bought a car from this dealer entirely online, and their team went above and beyond to assist me. They helped with the inspection and even took the car to the dealership for a recall, and this happened to be for a BMW. Despite the transaction being online, they provided exceptional service by personally handling these tasks for me. I?ve already sent them both thank you's, but still their effort truly exceeded my expectations. I?ll definitely return to them for my next car purchase.

What a fantastic buying experience at Helfman Ford in TX. We were shopping online, out of state purchase, and had the pleasure of working with Richard Baxley who went way above and beyond. He kept us informed during the whole process and even more important followed up diligently during the delivery and when we took possession of the vehicle. Of course he then followed up yet again. I tip my cap to the dealership and Richard on a great buying experience!

Fantastic experience buying the truck for the 1st time from them. Amir Pari was super helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. No sneaking in any unwanted upgrades or price increasing. No typical switch and bait. The most transparent car buying experience.

worse service every left me SUV for oil change and radio

worse service every left me SUV for oil change and radio issue the only thing that was done was the radio issue. I called back on Saturday and waited 30 minutes on the phone to be told that the oil change was not done and there 2 hours wait for the oil change to be done then he goes and tell me he may be able to do it 1 hour i have funeral to go to but not have time to wait again. i have never had any problems with this dealership till now. so now I have to find time to drop off the vehicle again for oil change. I don't like taken to another place in case something happen they will have records of it. I try to schedule and online pick up and all the date are black out so i am not even to schedule a pick. I am not sure if the web site is mess up or something. Hopefully i will not have to find another dealership this close to home.

We just purchased a truck from Helfman. It was a hard to find color and model. Mike Hungate went the extra mile to ensure we got what we wanted. He personally went to pick up the vehicle to ensure it arrived perfectly. We definitely recommend Helfman Ford and Mike Hungate as your sales representative.
