Great experience - Great customer service!

Great experience - Great customer service! My guy was Steven W. who was very professional, patient and attentive. We focused on what I was looking for and did not waste alot of time. Needless to say I got what I wanted and so far very pleased. Kudos to the entire team!

Waste of Time & Gas

IF zero stars were an option thats what it would be! Saw online contacted and let them know I was coming from out of town and was welcomed to come. Got there no one around in showroom so went to look at the Jeeps...there 15 minutes and no one came out and no one inside to greet us. Drove 130 miles for absolutely nothing!! Messaged original contact and took some time to get a response and was already on our way back home! And do you think a manager would call and apologize...not a chance. The salesperson did at least message back and say sorry but frankly at that point feel a manager should have been calling to make it right after driving all those miles on a car we want to trade. Poor poor customer service and would never recommend this dealership to anyone!

Excellent experience

I just had my car serviced today at Flagler Chrysler Dodge and everyone there was very courteous, professional and very helpful from the service desk associate. Bill paying lady and the coutious car driver, I was very happy with my visit there and my husband who has now passed always bought our trucks and cars there for over 25 years.

Bad experience

I had an interesting experience with this Flagler CHYSLER Dodge Jeep dealership in Palm Coast. I had brought my Chysler van in a few times for service and every time I always thought the service was bad and never had a good experience, like I do at other dealerships. NO big deal, customer service is hard to find these days and I have kinda accepted it. I never complained about it, I never mentioned it UNTIL I received a survey request to my email. I ignored the first survey that they sent me and since I've been there a few times they kept sending me this survey to fill out. So, I eventually decided to fill out this online survey that they sent me in hopes that maybe they could improve their customer service. Now, back up a month or two ago, Which was the last time I brought my van in for service. I was waiting on a part to come in so they could complete the work. I never heard from them so I finally decided to call them. This is where the story turns. I called the service department and reminded them who I was and why I was calling, if my part has arrived. The man at the service desk rudely says to me "yeah, we're not going to service you anymore because you left a bad review" "you can go find another dealership to work with we don't want your business" he then hangs the phone up. To me, this is so unprofessional and uncalled for. Remind you, I never made a complaint, I was never rude even though I thought their customer service sucked until they sent me a survey to fill out. This was more of a confirmation as why I didn't want to do my business with them anyway. Also the fact they were around $3,000 higher for the same vehicle that I bought at a different dealership.

Good customer service in the parts department

Flagler service center had a part I needed - I searched all over the internet for this part and Flagler had it. I was able to order the part and it was shipped quickly. The service department was great.

Greedy and unethical! Do not trust!

Tldr: This dealership chose greed over ethics. They didn't honor their own agreement on price and is not to be trusted. This dealership will waste your time and your hard earned money no matter who they betray along the way. Before I go into what happened I just want to say that the salesman, Ralph, is a great and honest guy. Ralph and I went back and forth a bit as any car sales negotiation goes but finally agreed on a price. Sure it was over text, but nevertheless, a written agreement. I was asked for a picture front and back of credit card to hold a $1000 deposit - sent it over no problem. Over the weekend I mentioned to Ralph that I noticed the glovebox looked misaligned in the photos. Ralph said he would get that looked at over warranty first thing Monday. Booked a one-way flight with my Dad to go back to Miami the next day then drive up to Flagler Jeep in Palm Coast to finalize everything. Flew to Miami. Booked the rental car. Then today I get a text from the dealer saying “The glove box is broke. And He wants to go back to the price of $109.000. He is gonna take it to the auction ..He said it will bring alot more..I am sorry Mr.”. I told Ralph that it wasn’t fair we had already agreed on a price. At this point I already flew out and had the rental car booked. I called the dealership and politely asked to speak to the sales manager. I was told that Chris, the sales manager on the floor that day, doesn’t even want to speak with me. Finally after a few attempts, they put him on the phone. Chris then proceeds to talk to me with such disrespect and says that we never agreed to that price when we in fact did and it was over text with Ralph and of course, when the other sales manager was on the floor. Chris then says “well that's not a price I would have ever agreed to we don’t do business over text”. Like really bro? This is 2022, come on. You guys reached out to me via text so obviously that was the way you agreed to communicate. You even requested confidential financial information over text! After I asked the sales manager how he morally feels after doing such a bad thing by not honoring their commitment, Chris then proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called the dealership back and the sales manager said that I can buy it for 110 take it or leave it. Chris then threatened me and said if I call back it's harassment. How can these clowns be in business? This dealership does not honor their agreements. This dealership acted in ways that are super unethical. I feel cheated and disappointed. All I got from Chris was a canned response of “I am sorry you feel that way”. It’s not about feeling a certain way. It’s about doing the right thing. I asked Chris to do the right thing here and he chose to NOT honor their dealership’s commitment. Chris, the sales manager, will be the primary driver for tarnishing this dealership's reputation. This dealership and management does not keep their promises. And yes, everyone knows this car market is absolutely nuts but no matter what, it is never worth choosing greed and throwing ethics out the window. Flagler Jeep. Greedy and unethical.

THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THEIR MISTAKES IN PAPERWORK

***********BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK GOOD!!!!!************ I'm now due for my first service on my Durango. I speak with my local dealer since its 5 minutes down the road from my work... I'm told that the maintenance plan doesn't cover the full cost of the oil changes. So i call the service dept. at Flagler and the guy is nice and says "the people up front have done this a few times, but talk to them and they should make it right" Well lets just say the guy I ended up getting transferred to wasn't helpful nor gave a crap in any way.( they have their money so why would they care). So i asked what about the oil changes, they are supposed to be covered which is why i bought the maintenance plan and he pretty much said I'm SOL because the salesman sold me the wrong maintenance plan.... wrong!!! I dealt with finance that day and they are the ones that negotiated the maintenance plan with me... then he proceeds to tell me that the guy that sold me my vehicle is no longer there and theres nothing he can do about it... i have to pay for my oil changes.... which is ridiculous. SO CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK... I JUST PURCHASED MY VEHICLE IN OCT 2021

i took my 2019 jeep cherokee for oil change and tire rotation, and i found the the console behind the drivers' seat was damage and open, as if hey use a tool to ajar the area. it might not be called console but its that area that control the air behind the driver. I went the next day to report the incident and was told the workers did not touch that area .i have no confident in that dealership anymore.

Beware

I took my 2013 jeep grand cherokee in fora dash recall. they left it filthy and broken. i found the steering wheel cover in my cup holder, used gloves on the floor. The area they worked in was filthy, black finger prints on my side air bag covers, same of the head liner and a large grease streak hidden under the sun visor. 3 of the 4 vents for air conditioning were broken, the vent on top of the dash is popping up and bent, the tabs for this vent are broken off so it wont stay put. the passenger side vents are pulling away from the dashboard. the dashboard is also not level, one side is higher than the other. I was told they fired the technician the day before. so obliviously they knew he had problems but either refused to follow up his work or just didnt care. after my snarky comment to the service manager he said he didnt need my attitude and left. the owner said they would take care of it but only offered to clean my car, not repair what they broke. they also offed to take my jeep as a trade in, so pay them for breaking my jeep. gee thanks.
