I really wanted to give you five stars however I gave

I really wanted to give you five stars however I gave four because your transition from your sales to management to finance needs a little work. It took too long on the finance department and I understand you could be a busy dealership but there’s got to be a better transition from telling your sales person yes having their manager sign off on it and then over Almost 2 hour wait for finance when there’s literally nothing to do and everybody’s just walking around with their heads cut off like chickens there’s gotta be a better way Finance should already have the numbers ready to go because that’s what the sales person sold the client it just seems like there are too many people walking around that could be helping you and maybe not enough people in finance

Not sure about this place.

Not sure about this place. Took my Jeep in and was told it was fuel pump. We had the fuel pump replaced, then they stated that “Customer requested” a fuel injector cleaning, which was extra money. I did not. When asked about it, they said that it is included when a fuel pump is replaced. If it is included, it should be included in the fuel pump replacement price. If not, then ask if I want a fuel injector cleaning.
