Very professional went in give my keys to dealer service manager gotin and the job was done in about a 1 hr

Would have been a great experience, TJ my sales guy was top notch! I gave 3 stars on principle - promised a $50 gift card for the test drive and after trying several times to get it, I figured it was the old “bait and switch” tactic. You figure that a big dealership like this would own up to its word. My suggestion is to try and get the gift card if promised before you sign any paperwork. After that, it seems their word is for crap.
