I took my car in this Saturday with an appointment at 11:30am. I did not leave till 1:30. Why have us make an appointment if your not going to stick with it and just shuffle everybody around cause your “extra busy”. I asked how long it will be and the service advisor said two hours or more I añales then why did I make an appointment if I still have to wait so long specially for just a simple oil change. She said they were “real busy” and will get to me as soon as possible because I have an appointment. That to me does not sound like somebody that has an actual appointment and needs to be worked on at the appointment time.

To start off I want to say I really love the car. Nissan...
To start off I want to say I really love the car. Nissan kick 2019 but since the very first time not even a month I started having problems with the vehicle. first it was passenger side wheel bearing then it was driver side wheel bearing then they said it was transmission related .the radio would go wacky and this is all before 20,000 miles on the vehicle then have to keep taking it back for the crash sensors going off lights on the dash keep coming on randomly. So we keep going back every other week and leave it for the dealer to fix the bugs out, but they keep coming back . I might be thinking about returning the vehicle back to the dealer after all the fixes been made ic they keep coming back .

Hello, Since 2016 I have nothing but great things to say about Gunn Nissan Service Advisors & Technicians. Express Service Advisor Felicia Aragon is top notch! Very pleasant demeanor constantly keep you inform and notify you if your vehicle need any other attention besides what you requested. ASE Technician Alec Elder: What can i say. I always watch him work on my Armada. His knowledge show years of experience as a tech and is a great access to Gunn Nissan. As a retired Aviation mechanic/ crew chief there certain criteria you must follow working on a bird. I see Alex have the same momentium and pride. In conclusion, I'll always "TRUST" my armada and any future Nissan to Gunn.
