Vehicle Service

Had an online reservation for service. My vehicle was taken in on time and was ready ina timely manner. Great service and the waiting area is also very nice.

8-9-17 service review

Mine was a 60K renewal of factory recommended fluids, etc. that I feel continue to make my 2011 Escape a safe vehicle to drive.

Annual car service

Techs do only what is needed to be done as opposed to doing everything just to make more money. As a woman, I really appreciate not being taken advantage and that is why I always go to Red McCombs Ford to service my Focus. I like the new waiting room with plenty of comfortable seats and TV. Couldn't be better!

Car serviced satisfied

I made an appointment w/my usual service representative..very knowledgeable, informative, keeps me updated.. all went smoothly except where I fell out of shuttle.. thank god the girl in front row reached and grabbed my arm.. her adrenaline must've kicked in. I am so thankful to her too. I have been with Red McCombs now 10+ yrs.. I'm not going anywhere.. thank you.
