Oil change

I went into get an oil change. I have used the dealer before so no surprise there... or so I thought. I went out of town two days later. Traveled 300 miles one way. On the way home, the oil light pops on. It was unnerving to drive another 300 miles. I called the dealer. The service department was closed. It was a Saturday. I left a message. When I took the car in on Monday it appeared the tech has failed to reset the switch.

Great Experience!

I do not recommend for used car service, I had the car...

I do not recommend for used car service, I had the car repaired for approximately $2000 and the car was out in less than a month with leaky valves, which was one repair item. It was a good thing I did not have an accident on the main road. I will never ask them again. I thought they offered a 3 year warranty and they do not.

Horrible

First found the truck online. Ad was completely false to get you in the door. Both year and mileage were wrong. Still wanted to go see called and spoke with the manager who told me come down truck is super nice. Drove over an hour away and he sold the truck. Spoke with three different people all three of them lied to sell a truck with a deal already in progress.

I love my Chevy Trax, but...

I was officially finished with Jon Hall Chevrolet, I was done with Chevy period.... The tag team of Kenny G and Craig Lee, I would have not purchased another Car from Jon Hall, I lost a lot of money working with Jon Hall....the ONLY reason I came back was Kenny Craig and the New Car Manager. This is my 3rd car from Jon Hall they sold me a Lemon with no compensation, I lost money buying a new phone and trips for 5 months between Washington State, St Augustine and Daytona trying to get my car fixed with no success; Instead I ended up spending 1200 in the 5 month time and still, payed a down payment for a trade in on a defective product, just be prepared for the run around from Jon Hall and Chevy if your Chevy is defective you will get a bunch of apologies, and that is it. Please don't hold Craig Lee or Kenny G accountable for this they are soooooooo Awesome, but Chevy as a whole has been a HUGE disappointment as a corporation.
