SALESPERSON GREETED ( STEVEN HEARD ) GREETED ME AND MY WIFE OUTSIDE OF DEALER IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS.HE FOUND USTHE PERFECT VEHICLE WHICH WE PURCHASED. WHILE DEALING WITH STEVEV WE FOUND OUT THAT HE WORKED IN TANDEM WITH DAVID YOUNG.BOTH OF THESE YOUNG MEN WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL,CORDIAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE ECT ECT.THAY STAYED WITH US THRU THE WHOLE SALES,FINANCE , DELIVERY PROCESS.THEIR SALES MANAGER ( JUAN ) WAS VERY FAIR AND MADE SURE THEDEAL GOT DONE FOR WHAT WE NEEDED, FINANCE DEPT -EVERYONE IN THE DEALER WAS HELPFUL ANDPLEASANT. WHAT M TRYING TO SAY IS BUYING A CAR FROM JENKINS WAS A EXCELENT EXPERIENCE -----BUT MAKE SURE YOU SEE STEVEN HEARD AND DAVID YOUNG.----P.S. I BOUGHT A BEAUTIFUL HYUNDAI 2012 TUCSON WITH NO MONEY DOWN AND USED MY BUICK AS A TRADE BUTDONT TEL THE DEALERSHIP..THANKS CHRIS

Happy Girl With New Mazda 6
I loved my experience with Jenkins, I have been a customer for a long time with my 2004 Mazda 6 with over 255, 000 miles on it, and I took it there for service, I did not intend on buying a new car when I went it , actually looking for used , but as it turned out , I left with a brand new 2015 Mazda 6 and couldn't be more pleased about the entire process everyone was so nice and helpful and they worked hard at getting what I wanted and I am extremely grateful and extremely ecstatic that I am in a brand new Mazda 6 and this is my first ever Brand new car and I am 50. Jenkins Mazda Service
I travel 40 miles from Gainesville (by-passing the Gainesville Mazda dealership) just to have my car serviced by Jenkins Mazda. I have done so since purchasing my Mazda in 2009. Everyone at the dealership is friendly, knowledgeable and more importantly, personnel turnover is low. I know most everyone by name and they know me. Low turnover indicates that employees are happy and treated well. Specifically, Greg and Leo in service provide top notch customer care.

Diagnosis and Repair
My Miata "threw" the power steering/air conditioning belt. Instead of simply replacing the belt and sending me on my way the technician took the time and effort to to actually diagnose the cause, expertly communicate it to me, then correct the problem for a very fair price. I was an auto dealership service manager myself 35 years ago in the midwest and know how rare this incredibly high level of service is.

I went in expecting a $30.00 bill for oil and lube, but got told at 30,000 mile all fluids had to be flushed and replaced. I told Leo I could not afford $700. + right now. He found some discounts and I said OK but $535.00 still seems a lot.
