Pretty easy process Called, made an appointment, showed up on time , and went inside to speak with the service writer and waited in the customer lounge . Both lounge and rest room was clean! I received an email stating what was being serviced on my truck, thinking it was ready to be picked up?.?.? I went to the service writer to ask, and he wasn't aware of the generated email, so he learned something also? Shortly after he informed me that my truck was ready to go.
