I experienced honesty and integrity at the dealership. There was not a lot of inventory in the category that I was looking for, but my salesman pursued it further with management. He found a car for me that was reasonable and I loved the color. I was able to drive the car and honestly it was the best experience I have ever had leasing for the third time.

I recently purchased a 2020 Silverado 1500 working with Salesman Ryan Poy at Register Chevrolet in Brooksville. Ryan is a very professional and knowledgable salesperson knowing both his product and how to meet a customer's need. Even before I arrived at the dealership, Ryan had contacted me from my own internet search and offered his full asssitance in finding me the right truck to meet my financial and utility needs. The entire staff at Register supported Ryan in helping me find the right truck at the right price. Miriam in the office helped me with the title work and the service staff helped with installing the running boards that I needed on the truck. All in all it was actually a great truck buying experience and I will return for all my vehicle needs.

Second time around. Looking like the right Dealer.
Well I must say my second visit to Register Chevrolet was a 180 from the first. The Staff were friendly and courteous and I didn’t have to drop the Car off for the day. The parking assist module was installed in an hour and I was happy to hear C-8 Teck’s were on the Job.A big shout out to Mr Blain West the Service manager who I found to make sure you are a satisfied customer even if the Car wasn’t purchased there.

If you care for your car stay clear
Brought my vehicle into the dealership for an oil change tire rotation and vehicle inspection on Friday November 17th 2023. They did not rotate the tires I don't know what the xxxx they did with the oil change but there's about a half a quart of oil all over my engine. And now there is a oil dripping from underneath the car that was not there before. Called the dealership and the service manager Blaine West told me I was a liar that they did rotate the tires and I know for a fact they were not rotated. So I don't even know what they did the oil change but all I know is I have to pay again to get my oil changed just to make sure that it was done properly because again whoever changed the oil got more oil in my engine compartment then is in the engine and there is unexplained drips of oil underneath the car that we're not present before register have their hands on it

Customer service in the ditch.
I had Maher Chevrolet in St Pete . Grate Dealership. Moved to Brooksville Florida shortly after I bought a22 corvette fr a friend in So. Fl. Not knowing much about Register l went their because they are close to my house and received a message on my car about a parking assist module that was not available at the time of the build.Tina the service Consultant who l found course and evasive when asked questions on the S.O.P for checking the installation was done right. This to me is something that can be tested right on the property. Her answer was we have the right to test drive the car up to ten miles to xx out the Car. This didn’t set right with me with all the horrible stories about Teck taking expensive cars out and driving the xxxx out of them.Not saying the Teck’s do or don’t It’s she was not doing much to make me feel comfortable with me leaving my Car for a three hour update all day not an appointment a drop off . When asked if they have certified C-8 Mechanics her answer was all R Techs R qualified.I will be asking for a sit down with the Manager in a few days for his answer.O and because it’s a warranty part it must be done by a certified Dealership.Depending on the outcome of the interview with Manager, maybe not this one. As far as Tina from what I’m reading, maybe some retraining in Customer Service is needed. More to after interview if l get one
