I have always had great experiences, I have bought

I have always had great experiences, I have bought several cars and had great customer care at Hill Nissan in Winter Haven. However, within the past 6 months, they have all new service center employees. Whatever they did while training these people with customer care and satisfaction, has been the worst experience I have ever had. Yesterday 12/13/2025, my wife had an issue with her car due to it not starting. She had to have it Jump started and took her vehicle along with my daughter to Hill Nissan. She advised them of what she thought was the problem, which in fact was an issue with her battery. When she arrived, she was talking with a service guy named Daniel. I’ve had issues with him in the past. They only went by what she told them. They changed the battery under warranty for under $100.00. It took 2 hours which should only have been 45 minutes. But not a big deal yet. However, when she got back in the car with our child, she found that the check engine light was still on. Normally, after the vehicle Tech sees everything on the dashboard before the customer receives their keys. Why didn’t the Vehicle tech say anything to Daniel about it? She turned around went back to the shop and questioned why it was still on. She was informed that she only asked to have the battery checked. That would be a different test. Just to run the diagnostic test for this would cost almost $200.00. But again, why was she not informed to begin with. What type of customer service is that? This is a dealership, they should have advised my wife of a potential secondary problem, instead of just letting her leave with my child in the car. What if Something happened? Comon sense is not so common. Anyways, they said they would bring it back inside. My wife sat in the waiting area for another 2 hours. My wife and daughter were at Hill Nissan at 12:30pm. Now it is almost 4:00pm. My wife was advised it was a bad fuel sensor. The repair would cost $800.00 and take up to 3.5 hours to fix. They said they can’t do anything now due to it being closing time. They wouldn’t be able to do anything until Tuesday 12/16 after 8am. My wife would have to come back. This was happening while they were closing the doors at the service center. She had to keep walking out the doors to talk to Daniel. My question is, we are both Platinum members. We are supposed to be treated a lot better than this. I stated what type of customer service is this; to have my wife and child sit there for 4 hours for a battery changed, a diagnostic test done and must wait 4 hours to have all this completed. Reviewing the fixtures online, Hill Nissan, at most should have been taken care of completely within 2-2.5 hours. Nothing but extra Labor charges as far do whatever. Then, they told her that this may take a while and suggested that someone come and get her, so she and our daughter are not waiting. Now when she drops her car off on Tuesday, they will Then allow her to have a rental car. I’m not a happy customer, and due to the lack of help, and I definitely believe they took advantage of someone who is not good with vehicle fixtures and updates, Plus the facts of constant problems the past 6 months, I will appreciate the care I used to have. But now it is too late. I will NOT buy another car or advise anyone to go to Hill Nissan.

We went down to Hill Nissan with a specific car we saw on

We went down to Hill Nissan with a specific car we saw on their website. We were greeted by Justin and told him which specific car we were looking at. He was incredibly helpful and friendly. Justin helped to make the process smooth and was very respectful and mindful of the fact that we drove two hours for this specific car. We worked with Norm for financing our certified pre owned Rogue and he also helped to make the process very smooth. He answered any questions we had and explained everything thoroughly. He was also a joy to spark a conversation with. I would highly recommend working with both Justin and Norm!

Worst dealer in the state of Florida failed to provide us

Worst dealer in the state of Florida failed to provide us with a temporary tag witch is not legal lyed to our face delivered are new purchased with no tag. Told me the battery was good because no dead cells dom worst experience in over 60 years they should na ashame

My salesperson, Elton Bello, was knowledgeable and a real

My salesperson, Elton Bello, was knowledgeable and a real gentleman at all times during our business transaction. He made me feel comfortable and never forced any pressure on me during my purchase. He invited me to contact him any time I needed anything. This is the 7th vehicle that I've purchased from Hill Nissan. There must be a reason for my returning each time. Excellent staff in both sales and service.

The sales people there don't know how to sell cars all they know how to do is price gouge that's why Nissan's going out of business Beware of the price gouging there they don't even know how to negotiate a payment look at all the fees real good you think you got a good deal about 3,000 in fees not counting taxes Beware of the price gouges there when you buy a certified car trust me you're paying for it
