We drive two hours and found a fantastic group to work with. Matthew and Steve were easy going yet very professional guys to work with. Was a great car buying experience. A hidden gem compared to the larger big city dealers.

Very nice and friendly staff. The process wasn't too long and even when we call a little late they receive us and didn't have to wait until next day.

I went on 10/5 to trade in my vehicle. I told them what I...

I went on 10/5 to trade in my vehicle. I told them what I wanted and they said they had it at another dealership. They brought it back and it had the wrong interior. I specifically told them I wanted dark interior. The one they brought back had tan interior. I expressed my feelings and how I did not want the tan interior. They then offered a cleaning for the seats to keep from staining. I advised them that was not the concern, but I just wanted dark interior. I ultimately left with a vehicle I didn’t want. I then emailed the salesman letting him know that I was not happy with my purchase. After a few days, I get a reply saying they would search for the vehicle I want.. but there could be additional charges. I let them know I want it to be a fairly even trade. Weeks have gone by and I haven’t heard back. So now I’m left with a vehicle that is a very nice car, but not what I wanted. I should have said no, but after being there all day and them going to another dealership to get the vehicle, I felt cornered. Point of the story, do not buy a vehicle you don’t want and don’t let anyone try to persuade you. Side note, the salesman who should me vehicles was not the same who sold the vehicle. I’m also not saying it’s a bad dealership, just a bad experience.

Buy here if you want a great deal and great servic

I flew to this dealership from WV because the savings were huge and the dealer was very helpful over the phone. Got there and was there a total of 2 hours to pick the truck up. Very stress free.

Convenient and quick. Has acomfortable waiting are and Is very close to a restaurant for breakfast. They always take care of my needs, I feel they are thorough and honest and represent a good product.

Great experience ☺️

Luis Alvarez made the buying process quick and easy. Communicated via text which was essential to me . I’m an online shopper kind of girl . I was able to do all my research online . Complete my credit application over the phone . Send all supporting documents via email. Came in the day of my appointment my car was cleaned and ready to go by entrance . I was in out in less then 2 hours. Thank you Luis for all your help.

I had a recall on my Chrysler 200

After leaving several call to ask when we could get the recall looked after I finally left a message for the dealership manager. He got back to me and told me to talk again to the service department. Left another message for the service department and finally got an appointment to bring my car in after over 3 months of leaving messages as I rarely got through to anyone on the phone! The work was finally completed after getting the dealership manager involved. I could not really say this has been a great experience and I would probably go elsewhere to purchase in the future as this dealership seems to be too busy to look after service problems in a timely manner. Rather a disappointing experience to say the least.

Great deal, easy buying experience

My salesman Mike Vogel made the buying experience easy and comfortable. The dealership was transparent in their pricing and made sure I knew what special deals were available from Chrysler. I happily went home with a new vehicle.

Charles Lawson

Appointments are absolutely useless. Lady making the appointments has no idea what is going on in the service area. Two and half hours for an oil change is ridiculous
