Clean and friendly service. My sales professional George was knowledgeable about the cars features and was very helpful and friendly. He was always available when I had a question, and if he didn’t know the answer he was honest and got me in touch with the department that had an answer for me.

Nick was a great help with my care issue and recalls that couldn’t be fixed asap so I was given a courtesy car as I live quite a long drive from shop...he explaining details that I understiood were great and he also listen to my concerns that were important to me and my car...too bad he doesn’t work there anymore he will be sorely missed.

I bought a XC60 a few days ago. PJ was great, it was a smooth easy hassle free process and very happy with the terms.

Walked into Volvo Tampa today on a whim and walked out with the most beautiful XC90. PJ was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Picked up a new XC40 this past weekend. Worked with PJ who was terrific throughout the process. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. The dealership was comfortable and the team was masked so we felt safe. Finance manager was also a nice guy and very pleasant. Highly recommended!

Just picked up a second car in two years from Volvo Cars Tampa and have had great experiences both times. Shout out to my salesman PJ, who did a great job in helping me work through my options. I was having a hard time making up my mind. He was no hassle and no pressure in showing me lots of different options. Once I settled on an XC40 R Design, he was able to coordinate the fastest trip to sign the paperwork and pick up the car that I've ever had at a dealer. Heard about the car subscription program and was contacted by Ahmed right away. I had a brand new Volvo XC60 within 48 hours and Ahmed answered all my questions, even follow up questions as I was getting used to the vehicle. I wanted the white which was sold by the time I arrived but he set me up with a beautiful black and chocolate interiors. In 4 months if I'm not happy with it I plan on swapping but as for now I am very happy with my vehicle. Only issue I've had is that the shell for my key fob came off at some point when I dropped it and I didn't realize. Those are replaceable but expensive, but Ahmed was able to find the part and get it to me easily. Very satisfied and highly recommend!
