My new Cady is the bomb!!!!!!!

Mr. Al Carter, where do I start. Always very professional in both our dealings with him. We have leased two Cadillac suvs. , first a 2014 SRX and just recently a new 2018 XT5. Both awesome vehicles. All I had to do was tell Al what I was looking for and how much I wanted to pay and he was right on it. He delivered and boy we are so pleased. Love,Love my new XT5. Cadillac always seems to get things right when it comes to customer Satisfaction. Over and above with styling and service. Probably will be driving a Cady the rest of my life.Al , , ,again you are awesome . Debbie Dixon

Faith Restored!

I came to Joe DiPaula at Ed Morse on Causeway Blvd. in Brandon after I had been beaten up a little bit by sales agents just not providing the information I was asking for or trying to sell me something other then what I wanted.... when I met with Joe I couldn't have been more relieved from my negative attitude that had blossomed on its own...It seemed obvious to him that I had been stripped of the excitement and enthusiasm one should obviously have previous to purchasing one of these vehicles ... and so he listened, was compassionate, and appropriately did the impossible of educating negotiating and facilitating, the transaction with thoughtful attention to detail and I left as a perfected example of what a brand new Cadillac Owner should feel like, exhausted with a smile from ear to ear... thinking: *****"NICE"****** Though my brain will need some time to figure out how to work all the SPECTACULAR GADETTRY ON MY BRAND NEW BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF MACHINERY....the rest of me, in the meantime will be thoroughly enjoying My BEAUTIFUL new car. Brandon’s Only Luxury Dealership!

Ed Morse Cadillac Brandon has been around for st least 20 plus years. This dealership used to have a Saturn dealership and now also host a Alfa Romeo - Fiat Studio. My family has been buying from here for over 15 years!

Impressed by Al Carter and total experience

When I entered dealership I was directed to Al Carter and we discussed what I might be interested in seeing. He answered every question I had and we ended up with the vehicle I thought I wanted. After having vehie for 1 week I went. A must in and said I wanted more options and we actually settled on a step up on the options I wanted. Actually had to trade back the initial vehicle for the one I really wanted. The total staff worked on making this happen. It was all handled in a professional way. I now have a person in Al that I consider a friend as well as my salesperson.

Polished Professional

Al Carter is the consummate professional providing exceptional customer service. I purchased my SRX 2013 Cadillac years ago thanks to Al's expertise and knowledge. Recently, while in for a service visit, I had Al provide the current value of my vehicle. He quickly advised me of the trade in value and also informed me of the variables that factored into arriving at this number. Al shatters all the negative stereotypes of car salespeople. He is an attentive listener who is able to effectively extract essential information to ensure that I receive exactly the vehicle I want with attractive the best terms. I left the dealership as an informed buyer and will confidently return to Al when I am ready to trade in my vehicle.
