Crown Buick GMC

As always, Bill Hevel and the Crown Buick service team took excellent care of me and my Chevy Sonic. I just needed routine maintenance but Bill still took the time to go through everything with me and also explained what was coming up as far as service that would need to be performed on my car in the near future. A+ service this is why I will never go to anyone but Bill!

We discussed several issues that needed attention and felt much better about them after our conversation. It was a no brainer to set up an appointment and let Bill and his team take care of our car. This was my first visit to Crown Buick and I will not take my car anywhere else. My service advisor David Biagi was fantastic, he was very friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. After evaluating my car, he called to explain the repairs that were needed and kept me updated on the status of the repairs. I was also offered a loaner car but declined. Major repairs were completed in less than 2 days. The service I received was top notch!

Dave Biagi is always very down to earth and welcoming. He keeps me updated on progress during service visits. I have had several experiences at this service center and all have been consistent.
