Purchased my car from Richard Ionescu on July 25, 2012. Excellent sales concultant, professional, not pushy, up front honest the whole process. I've purchased many cars in the past from other dealers, Richard is by far the absolute best I've done buisness with. The sales manager, and finance managers are all very helpful, and professional. I just spoke with a salesperson over the phone trying to get a price for a vehicle advertised online. I asked what the lowest "cash" price was and he quoted me the advertised price and said "we are not trying to build a museum with our vehicles".

I was working with a women on on internet. I told her the price I wanted for my trade...2011 with 1700 miles, She said "my boss wants to see it for that price". So I drove over an hour each way...plus tolls and gas. When I got there the man appraised my car for a lot less than was agreed upon. I asked him if there was anything wrong he said " it's perfect" Then he quotes me a price...that the previous price of over $3000 difference. I wouldn't trust them if they GAVE me the car.
