had to go to the headquarters to report the service advisor and manager. It is sad that pople at Nissan Bert Ogden Mcallen only treat people nice when you are buying a car. Unfortunately, now that the cars need maintenance is when you see the truly real customer service that they have.The service advisor and the manager were disrespectful, mocking me and rude..I don't think anyone deserves that treatment from a staff of a local millionaire dealership. I DO NOT RECOMMEND NISSAN MCALLEN BERT OGDEN TO ANYONE..THEY WILL ONLY TREAT YOU NICE WHILE YOU BUY THE CAR...AFTER THAT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service at Nissan Bert Ogden Mcallen was incredibly bad.I went to get my car's battery changed after a diagonsitc test that was leaking..my car left me stranded and the service advisor will ask for my car to test the battery...when my car won't work.i manage to take the battery to the dealership service at Nissan Bert Ogden Mcallen and they won't sell me a battery. The service advisor wont sell me a battery even when I was willing to pay for it. I just wanted to get my car back running to be able to go to work. I realize that they ONLY treated me nice when they wanted to sell the car..we bought two cars. But, now that they need service..the customer service is horrible and rude.
