Transmission Service - Focus Hatchback
Reason for service was to have the transmission checked out (received letter about transmission issues being experienced by Ford Focus, which my Focus was). This is the second of my visits - first was for the diagnostic; second was to replace seals that were found to be leaking. Jeff Novak was the Service Sales Consultant that assisted me during both visits. He was very professional and helpful. The shift hesitations and other transmission issues seem to be gone, and my car is running more smoothly. Thanks to Jeff and the team that worked on my vehicle! Happy Holidays to all.

Friendly atmosphere. Clean facilities.
I purchased a Ford Escape Titanium model. The sales person, Vinny, was very patient and stayed with us the entire time. No pressure attitude and friendly. The atmosphere at the dealership was what we Floridians like - nice and easy.
