I appreciate the customer centricity I received from Janelle. She found a me a vehicle that was aesthetically please and the features exceeded my expectations. The vehicle I traded was fully loaded but not very many benefits- my new Camry XLE has so many benefits and features and overall, I feel confident on the road. Her coworkers were great as well!!

April was a delight to work with. She listened to my wants and needs and helped me find the right car for me. And Dan Ballard in finance was the best.

This was our fifth purchase at this location. The people I worked with were friendly and knowledgable. I am not giving a 5 star rating because I knew what I wanted, how much I could spend and the process still took 4 hours. I had signed and agreed to a final cost, and then went through the whole process again with the finance representative. I ended up spending more than I had agreed to initially. I appreciated them getting to my price initially, but regret that I gave in at the end and spent $5000 over my goal.

We have purchased a few Toyotas from the dealership and had them serviced there also. We always get friendly efficient service at a reasonable cost. We have dealt with Steve Lach many times over the years and count on him for good service and the right answers to our questions!

Dan and George help me purchase my 2021 RAV4, they help me get a better rate and monthly payment, I trade in my 2020 Toyota which I got from them in 2021 Jan…… it’s been a week now, this RAV4 is treating me well. Get your car from Toyota of Bourbonnais, you won’t regret it …. Love from OLU
