Excellent service manager.
Excellent service manager. Kept me informed as to why it so long to service vehicle. Took me inside the service area to show me where the problem could be. Assured me that there would be no problem with the transmission oil level for the 2,000 mile trip home.

Candido was able to get my 2024 Enclave in for an oil
Candido was able to get my 2024 Enclave in for an oil change on relatively short notice. The job was finished in the time he told me it would be. The staff did all the checks needed to keep my car running at its' best. Candido provides good customer relations, and insured all services were completed. I have confidence when I drive out that I can drive 4-5 thousand miles with no worry about car problems. William Klein Bill

Scheduled oil change. Completed on time. Service advisor was professional and polite. Mechanic did adjust my seat settings and I had to return them to my liking.

Check to make sure they ask the warranty people before the check your car or Gillman will overcharge you for a diagnostic. Go to a local mechanic instead.

My GMC pickup needed a new thermostat.
My GMC pickup needed a new thermostat. I was quoted this would be a 3 hour job. I was charged for 5.2 hours. My truck was in the shop for three days. This is a bit long and costly. Prices should be slashed when the customer is put out. Customer service was missing.
