I was expecting more professionals. I simply took my car for an oil change and came out with scratches and a door mark on my door. And they said there was no way they didn't do it when I know for sure they did. I only use my car to go to work. At work and home its in a safe place where it can't be hit by nothing.

Great Service!! Everyone was just beautiful !
The moment I walked in and ask to speak to the Finance Manager. The sales person did not hesistate, he seated me and the Manager came where I was. Everything went beautiful. I love Mr. Martin Martinez the sales person and Mr Williams. (who spoke spanish ) beautiful so that my husband could understand everything. Beautiful!!

Fernando Soto did a great job. He knew what I was looking for and when it arrived on the truck he called me before it was even off the truck. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He made sure I got the best price with all the rebates, even one I was not aware of.

Great Personnel!
The personnel at the dealership is Extraordinary! What was most important to me was the immediate attention I received. I felt welcomed and felt the personnel was willing to assist me in friendly and polite manner. I was going in for an oil change but was in a hurry to get back to work. The attendant at the service center mentioned that it would be taking at least an hour before my vehicle would be serviced. Nonetheless, I was offered a ride back to work, which made all the different! Again SERVICE is why TIOPTEX CHEVROLET is number #1!

STILL BETTER THAN CHARLIE CLARK
Scheduling an appointment was a good idea, but the wait to remove and replace a damaged tire was approximately 3 hours. Only to find that the wrong tire was serviced. We then had to wait for another hour just to have the errory corrected.
