Paul was helpful, consistent, and personable. When it did not work out for purchase of a vehicle a few months back, there were no hard feelings and Paul was still happy to stay in touch about our next possible purchase.

I was in for routine service on my car when I was approached to see if I would like an appraisal. I ok'd the process and they gave me a figure and sent Paul McGreevy my way. We talked and while I wasn't in the market, Paul was the perfect blend of not pushy but the right amount of persistence. Over the course of 3 months we finally settled on a new car that would be of interest to us and we were able to get a deal done.

I had such a great experience at Beechmont! Claudia's text before they even opened in confirming the car I wanted was available was the best news I'd had in weeks. Paul was so helpful and friendly and stayed late to help me set up the car computer. Jamie was great and walked me through the warranty and finance process so easily. I drove from Akron and was so grateful for everyone at Beechmont!

Working with Landon was a true exercise in dealing with a...

Working with Landon was a true exercise in dealing with a lying used car salesman. We traveled from Indianapolis to purchase a car we found online. After the typical haggling, we left to think it over. By text Saturday afternoon we agreed on terms and was told he would write it up first thing on Sunday morning. Thinking we had a deal, we drove to the dealership on Sunday morning only to receive a call from Landon telling us he had another customer test driving the car. When asked about writing the deal up he somehow had forgotten his text messages regarding that and told us first-come, first-serve. 10 minutes later he texted to say the car was sold - this was just as we exited the the interstate for the dealership. While I understand how fast cars are moving these days and how sales staffs are paid for sales, he had a lock sale and we only needed to sign the paperwork. This was a total jerk move. Watch yourself if you're dealing with company and this salesperson.

I had another great experience with Paul McGreevy at...

I had another great experience with Paul McGreevy at Beechmont Toyota. This man is an awesome guy and will go out of his way to help you in any way. Bought 3 cars from him over the years and have had nothing but positive from him. He is not your typical car salesman he goes out of his way to help. The last purchase was a 2021 Camry and he came out after the sale and explained in detail all the bells and whistles the car has to me, and boy does that car have some stuff. Keep up the great work Paul and i'll see you on my next purchase.

I worked with both Claudia Cieslar and Paul McGreevy when looking to purchase a new RAV4. Both Claudia and Paul were great and very helpful. I was pleased with the overall experience and would recommend Paul to anyone looking to purchase.
