I like the new facility as it is bright, clean

Quick in & out with the repair. Although, very very disappointed in only having the car for such a short period of time and having to replace the window switch as this should be covered under warranty. I purchassed the car with 12,000 on it and brought it in with the service issue while it was just over 36,000 miles. I still feel as though I was taken on the deal and had to pay for this. Not happy at all about it. The service department from scheduling through leaving once the repair was made was excellant. Just not happy about the over cost of the repair...

Buying a new car.

Everyone was pleasant even though they were extremely busy. The car I was interested in was brought up to the front door before I even got there. It was washed and ready by the time I got through the paperwork.

Responding to problem

Larry Mallot took the time to do a test drive with me to try and figure out the draft in the heating system. He discovered that it is when the defrost is on and the car heater is trying to maintain the temperature set. By raising the temperature the problem was solved.

I WAS IMPRESSED THAT BECAUSE THE COLD WEATHER MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE CAR WASH TO OPERATE, THE CAR WAS HAND WASHED FOR ME. ALSO IMPRESSED WITH THE PLETHORA OF AMENITIES IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LOUNGE (ESPECIALLY, THE STARBUCK'S COFFEE!!)

I came to Mccluskey with a trade in and not so great...

I came to Mccluskey with a trade in and not so great credit and i walked out with a brand new car (which i have NEVER had a brand new car) everyone I was in contact with made the transition smooth and made me feel like i was important. When you have not so good credit you tend to feel stupid knowing others know you made mistakes but everyone was truthful and helpful and as always i learned new things that i had no idea about. I would recommend Mccluskey to friends and family even those with blemished credit because i believe you are there to service the customer not to pick apart past mistakes you truly are there to help!!! Mark Hiltz is AWESOME!!

First time buying a new car and the experience was...

First time buying a new car and the experience was seamless. Amber was a gem and helped me figure out my payment and financing, and didn't make me feel foolish and didn't talk down to me. She was very friendly and informative. The deal she got me was exactly what I needed and I couldn't be happier. Mark walked me through my finance paperwork and was just as nice and friendly as Amber. Great customer service

First time I went to Reading Road service normally go to Kings auto mall to my surpirse Terrence was there enough said. Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner glad to see the guy found my new service center again

For the past several months, I had been looking all over...

For the past several months, I had been looking all over for a used car that fit within my budget, preferably a Dodge Avenger. I had sold my car, but the guy who bought it was letting use it for a few days so I could find something else, so I was on a pretty quick time frame. Greg Holleran was the salesman who helped me when I went to McCluskey Chevrolet, and he could not done better! He found me a 2013 Dodge Avenger, that was in almost perfect condition, for an excellent price. Since he was new, another salesman, Corbin Stamper, helped him out. The level of professionalism and friendliness from both was great! I love the car, and will definitley be bringing my business back to the lot in the future, as well as refering anyone I know who is looking for a car.
