I experienced an extremely unusual mechanical issue with

I experienced an extremely unusual mechanical issue with my 2020 Equinox AWD LT Turbo with less than 37,000 miles. Due to the forecast of heavy snow, I decided to have the car towed (flatbed) on Sunday 1/5 and it was WONDERFUL to have my dealership open to receive my car! My service advisor Jayla Wagoner reached out to me that day and stayed in touch with me the whole way. Praise the Lord - the repair was 100% covered by warranty!!! I did have a small concern regarding communication and I visited the dealership on Saturday 1/18 and walked upstairs and spoke directly with CEO Keith McCluskey who gave me his business card with his cell phone number!!! WOW!!! Tony Blackburn and Jayla Wagoner were both absolutely wonderful and listened to all of my concerns. I am not a huggy person at all and I hugged Jayla when I picked up my car. I could not be happier!!!! I have purchased GMs since 1980 and have owned a total of 7 GM vehicles including 3 new Saturns and 3 new Chevys. I have no plans to purchase anything other than Chevrolets -- as long as they are NOT EVs!!!! Thank you!!!!

This dealership is very shady in their business

This dealership is very shady in their business practices. Bought a vehicle and was told that the tires were in great shape. Had the vehicle delivered to me and once got the vehicle found that the tires were not in good shape at all. Had to go out and get new tires to make sure I could be safe on the road. Reached out to the dealership and was told 3 weeks ago that they would cover half the tires, which I was ok with. Was told today that they changed there mind and will no longer cover half of the tires. This is shady business practices. I would never recommend my worst enemy to do business with them. Awful experience!

Our vehicles go through an inspection process which includes evaluating the tires. Used vehicles, prior to being offered for sale, don't automatically get a new set of tires installed, because there may still be "life" to the tires remaining. If the depth of the tread is considered a danger/safety issue, they are replaced by us. If any used vehicle buyer doesn't like the tires on the vehicle when purchased, it is their responsibility, and choice, as to whether or not they will replace them.

I was impressed how McCluskey Chevrolet followed up on everything they said they would after we purchased our Vette. Our salesman Bill worked with us to get the price we wanted. When we test drove the car, we all noticed a large squealing coming from the brakes. Bill made sure that it was set up for us to bring it back in to have it checked out. We also liked the lifetime power train warranty. This made us feel more confident in making a purchase.

I bought a car from this place.

I bought a car from this place. Their service department did a full inspection and when i go it their were multiple issues with the vehicle and they rsfused to fix them. I called multiple times to the sales rep,service and manager. None of them returned my call. Then had a guy they hired off the street that was on cocaine drive and deliver my car. This place is a joke. Stay far far away !!!!!

I have two ill children that have Chronic Heart Failure

I have two ill children that have Chronic Heart Failure and just filed Bankruptcy so I could have went almost anywhere to get a vehicle. After hounding me for WEEKS I finally went in. THE WORSE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! They gave me two vehicles to choose from. I chose a 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan and this vehicle leaks oil and I buy a gallon of $36.99 oil every TWO DAYS. They have done NOTHING AND IGNORED. My kids are getting pace makers soon and I’m gonna lose my job because I won’t have transportation. I have $25,000.00 sitting on my credit where I can’t get another car. PLEASE DON’T BE A FOOL LIKE ME!!!!!!! They GOT ME REALLY GOOD. Being a single mother this is about to be really hard. Losing my job means I lose my home. You think they care????? NO THEY COULD CARE LESS!!!!!!
