Great inventory

I Had emailed the dealership several days prior to my visit with the VINs of the cars I wanted to test and when I showed up they were ready to go. Inventory had a lot to choose from and talking numbers was low pressure and I was very happy with the price of my car and the ease of purchase.

A little confused

Arrived and seemed to be passed around till someone was willing to get my paperwork started for an oil change. They attempted to charge me $85.00 for the services which were included in the purchase of the vehicle and they should have on file but requested me to produce paperwork to prove Not sure who assisted me in the end

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit

We were treated professionally from the word go by Leonard Harris, he gave us a fair trade on our vehicle and made sure he hit the mark on everything we wanted on our vehicle. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Andy Beitenbach also explained the finance side so even I could understand it and gave us a smokin' deal on Lifetime Warranty from Jeep/Mopar. Looking forward to utilizing their awesome service department!

Job well done

Had a appointment had three recalls done and got car back 1.00 in afternoon. Chanel Elan call and said it ready.very pleasant and friendly place too come.

Terrible experience. Poor customer service. 0 stars

Took truck in for two recalls. Only one got addressed. When I picked it up no one wanted to explain the situation. Attitude was terrible. Overall experience was terrible. Curious to see if I get a response from this. Not an email or text but a phone call to explain why it was handled so poorly and why wasn't second recall addressed or explained.

Oil change

Your service technician,Stan James #76 didn't do his job all the way.He didn't top off all the fluid levels like he said he did.He was to busy running back and forth to the service manager telling him what needs to be done. I do all my own service work.I only come for my lifetime free oil changes.

MORNING SPENT IN WAITING ROOM

GREG, IN SERVICE WAS GOOD. WAIT TIME FOR MY RECALL REPAIR WAS RIDICULOUS. I HAVE BEEN DOING WORK ON CARS AND TRUCKS FOR 40 YEARS. I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO BEEN THERE 4 HOURS FOR MY VEHICLE TO GET NEW CLOCK SPRING. I ARRIVED AT 7:30 TO BE IN FRONT OF LINE. IF MECHANICS DONT ARRIVE UNTIL 8 WHY OPEN DOORS AT 7:30? NO RATING ABOVE FOR YES OR NO BECAUSE I HAVE HAD OTHER BAD SERVICE IN THE PAST NOT RELATED TO THIS VISIT. I HAVE HAD SOME GOOD SERVICE AS WELL.

Great service!!!

Great service very knowledgeable good place to do business. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealer the auto mall has about 20 different dealers. So u can compare different brands without traveling around town.

got the truck I always wanted

I searched for my vehicle on line and found the one I wanted. I met Chad at the dealership, told him what I wanted and in less than 3 hours later I was driving home my new truck!
